Your account

• You must be 18 or older. One account per person.
• Your account is opened by a ProBet216 shop and belongs to that shop. It is personal: keep your password to yourself.
• We may suspend an account to protect a player or the platform, for example when payments or play look wrong.

Money

• Money is added and paid out in cash at your shop. Your balance is in Tunisian dinars.
• A large win may be paid by the platform rather than at the counter; your shop will tell you how.
• A bet the game provider refused, or that never reached it, is refunded to your balance.

Games and bets

• Casino, live casino and sports bets are run by licensed game providers, under each game's own rules, shown inside the game.
• A bet is final once the game accepts it. Results are those recorded by the provider.
• If a game fails mid-round, the provider's record of the round decides what is paid or refunded.
• Demos use play money and have no value.
